Terms & Conditions

Draft for review

This page is a complete draft pending final approval by Rawabi. Wording and policy values may be adjusted before final publication.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Court Padel Club website and booking service, and every booking of a padel court at our facility in Rawabi City. The service is operated by The Court Padel Club (“the Club”, “we”, “us”).

By using the website or completing a booking — whether through a registered account or as a guest — you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. The service

The Club operates four padel courts at Rawabi City. Courts can be booked online in one-hour slots between 6:00 AM and 12:00 midnight, every day of the year. All times shown on the website are local time in Palestine (Asia/Hebron).

The court price is 100 ILS per court per hour. All prices are shown in Israeli new shekel (ILS), and the amount shown at checkout is the full amount you pay — there are no added fees.

Recurring (repeat) bookings are not offered at this time; each booking is made individually.

3. Accounts and guest bookings

You may book with a registered account or as a guest. Guest bookings require your name, email address, and phone number, together with your consent to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide. Booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and the guest booking-management link are sent to the email address given on the booking.

If you register an account, keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

The booking service is intended for adults. By booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are booking with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Bookings

A booking covers one court, on one date, for one or more consecutive one-hour slots. Non-consecutive hours must be booked as separate bookings.

When you start a booking, the selected slots are held for you for a short period (currently about 10 minutes) while you complete payment. If payment is not completed before the hold expires, the booking is released automatically, no charge is made, and the slots become available to other customers.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Each confirmed booking receives a booking reference in the format RPC-YYYY-NNNNNN and a confirmation email.

The Club may need to cancel or move a confirmed booking for maintenance, safety, weather, or operational reasons. In that case we will notify you and you will receive, at your choice, a free rebooking or a full refund.

5. Payment

All bookings are prepaid online by payment card. Payment is processed by CyberSource, a certified payment provider, with acquiring through Arab Bank. Your card details are entered only in the payment provider’s secure payment fields and are never stored on our systems.

Online bookings cannot be paid at the venue. If a payment fails or is not completed, the booking is not confirmed and the held slots are released automatically.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy, both published on this website. In summary: bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time are refunded in full; later cancellations and no-shows are not refundable.

7. Facility rules and conduct

Use of the courts is subject to the facility rules displayed at the venue, including rules on suitable sports footwear, equipment, and safety.

Players must follow the instructions of Club staff at all times. The Club may refuse entry or end a session, without refund, in cases of dangerous or abusive behaviour, damage to the facility, or serious breach of the facility rules.

8. Liability

Padel is a physical sport. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to play.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Club is not liable for indirect losses, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to the facility. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you make a booking is the version that applies to that booking. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Palestine, and any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palestine.

If you have any questions about these terms or about a booking, please reach us through the contact section on this website or at the Club’s front desk in Rawabi City, quoting your booking reference where relevant.
