The Court Padel Club operates the padel courts at Rawabi City and this booking website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website and booking service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the booking service — nothing more.

2. Data we collect

• Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, and the court, date, and times you book, together with the booking reference.
• Account details (registered users): your name, email address, phone number, and a password, which is stored in protected form.
• Payment outcome: the transaction reference, amount, and payment status returned by the payment provider — never your card number.
• Preferences: your language choice (Arabic or English).

3. Payment data

Card payments are processed by CyberSource, a certified payment provider, with acquiring through Arab Bank. Your card number and security code are entered only in the payment provider’s secure payment fields; they never pass through or get stored on our systems. We receive only confirmation of the result and a transaction reference.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• create and manage your bookings and take payment;
• send you booking confirmation and cancellation emails — these are service messages about your booking, not marketing;
• respond to your questions and support requests;
• keep the records we are required to keep for accounting, audit, and legal purposes.

5. Marketing

We do not send marketing messages without your prior consent, and we never sell your personal data.

6. Cookies and device storage

The website stores a small number of items in your browser, used only to operate the service:

• a sign-in token, if you are logged in to a registered account;
• booking access tokens for guest bookings made on your device, so you can view and cancel them;
• your language preference (Arabic or English).

7. Advertising and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website.

8. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the booking service — the payment provider (to process your payment) and our email delivery provider (to send booking emails) — and where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

9. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting, audit, and legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

10. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw a consent you have given. We will act on your request except where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example, payment records).
