Refund Policy

Draft for review

This page is a complete draft pending final approval by Rawabi. Wording and policy values may be adjusted before final publication.

1. Prepaid bookings

All court bookings are prepaid online by payment card at the time of booking. Prices are in Israeli new shekel (ILS), and the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.

2. When you are entitled to a refund

A full refund of the amount paid is issued when:

  • you cancel a booking at least 24 hours before its start time;
  • the Club cancels your booking for maintenance, safety, weather, or operational reasons and you do not choose a free rebooking;
  • you were charged for a booking that was never confirmed (for example, a duplicate charge).

3. What is not refundable

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking’s start time, and no-shows, are not refundable, as set out in the Cancellation Policy.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are always returned to the original payment card, through the payment provider. We cannot pay refunds in cash, or to a different card or account.

Once a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer — typically 5 to 14 business days. If a refund has not appeared after 14 business days, please contact us with your booking reference.

5. Failed or incomplete payments

If a payment fails or is not completed, the booking is not confirmed and its held slots are released automatically — there is nothing to refund. If your card statement shows a temporary pending amount for a failed payment, your bank normally releases it automatically within a few days.

6. Questions about a refund

For any question about a refund, reach us through the contact section on this website or at the Club’s front desk in Rawabi City, quoting your booking reference (RPC-YYYY-NNNNNN) and the date of the booking.
